Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a fantastic spa area for relaxation and is about a 5-minute walk from the ski lifts. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making for a welcoming atmosphere. However, the transfer situation caused some significant stress, requiring us to navigate public ski buses to reach the hotel. Overall, it was a great experience overshadowed a bit by transport issues.
Our experience at the hotel was quite mixed. On the plus side, we found the staff to be incredibly supportive and attentive, which made a huge difference, especially when one of us faced a ski accident. The food was generally enjoyable, and our kid had a great time with the childcare services. However, the hotel itself felt quite outdated and cleanliness left much to be desired, making us hesitate about returning in the future.
This hotel offers a unique blend of comfort and family-centric services, complemented by a fantastic restaurant that outshines the rest. While the ski facilities and childcare quality were excellent, the overall infrastructure felt outdated and in need of improvement. The staff service was commendable, but some operational inconsistencies raised concerns during our stay.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with spacious, clean rooms and superb dining options. The staff was incredibly accommodating, but the transfer situation was quite inconvenient. The spa facilities were a nice touch, but I wish there had been more attention to cleanliness in some areas.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, thanks in large part to the amazing staff and excellent food offerings, but there were some notable issues with the infrastructure that detracted from the experience. The location is very convenient, making it easy to access the ski lifts and other amenities. While the rooms were spacious and fairly comfortable, the state of some areas did leave much to be desired for a hotel of its advertised standard. Still, it was a great holiday backed by dedicated staff efforts.
